Teen Sexual Education

A practical example: A fifteen year old male member of your congregation chose to have Appropriate Proper Penetration with a sixteen year old female member of another Christian congregation. I am not going to worry about the differences between the different Church bodies. Nor do I worry about the differing opinions of the parents. The question is what do you tell these two teenagers about what they have done? And what do you tell them to do from now on?

First, thing is since these two individuals made a choice and sealed that choice through Appropriate Proper Penetration (or sexual intercourse). They have joined themselves together in the eyes of God. They have committed PreMarital Marriage. This is not dependent upon how they feel for one another afterward, nor how they felt before. They have joined themselves together.

Second, most people's first reaction would be to pull them apart as fast and as far as possible. But they have been joined together. They have committed the act of Marriage (Appropriate Proper Penetration). Thus, this reaction is wrong, and I could argue would only cause further misunderstandings about sexual relations in their future.

Thus, you should explain to these two teenagers the full commitment they have entered into. This also means explaining to them the full responsibility they both have for any child that may have already been produced. You do not sugar coat anything. You state it plainly and clearly, and it is best if you tell it to both of them (separate and together).

Since they have joined themselves together it would be wrong to pull them apart, or separate them. But help them to develop their relationship. Encourage them to remain faithful to one another for the day when it would be appropriate in the eyes of the state for them to be publicly married. This time may vary based on country or state law. But it is also important to remind them to refrain from further PreMarital Marriage, while maintaining their relationship through other interactions.

This can generally apply to anyone who has engaged in PreMarital Marriage, that they should remain faithful to their partner. And they should find a way to get Married as soon as possible in the eyes of the State, or public. Thank you.
